Smartwool and icebreaker are looking for a curious and organised Trade Marketing Intern to support the development, coordination and execution of the tools that help our sales force and wholesale partners tell our brand and product stories with impact.\nSupport the Smartwool & icebreaker EMEA Trade Marketing team in creating and coordinating B2B and B2C tools that enable sales teams and wholesale accounts to present our brands, seasonal stories and product priorities in a clear, consistent and compelling way.\nYou will work across sell-in materials, trade marketing assets, internal presentations and account-facing tools, gaining hands-on exposure to how brand strategy becomes commercial execution.\nHow you'll make a difference\nGet ready to make an impact! Here’s what you’ll be responsible for joining our team as Trade Marketing Intern:\nSupport the creation and update of seasonal and B2C tools, including sell-in presentations, product overviews, account-facing materials and trade marketing decks.\nCoordinate inputs from brand, product, sales and marketing teams to ensure tools are accurate, consistent and delivered on time.\nHelp translate brand and product stories into clear, engaging materials that can be used by sales teams and wholesale partners across EMEA.\nSupport the organisation of key trade marketing moments such as sales meetings, showroom updates, sample coordination and seasonal presentations.\nTrack project timelines, asset availability and feedback rounds to help the team manage priorities and keep stakeholders aligned.\nContribute to additional trade marketing projects, retail activations and internal initiatives across Smartwool and icebreaker when needed.\nSkills that will make you succeed:\nWhat will make you successful in this role is a good understanding of the outdoor industry and its key players, combined with a structured mindset and the ability to turn complex inputs into clear, practical tools for sales teams and wholesale partners.\nAbility to bring structure to different inputs, connect information from multiple stakeholders and simplify complexity.\nCommercial mindset, with the instinct to create tools that help sales teams and wholesale partners tell stronger brand and product stories.\nGood eye for clarity, consistency and detail across presentations, product overviews and account-facing materials.\nProactive, hands-on attitude, with the confidence to ask the right questions, follow up and take ownership of projects.\n\nWhat’s in it for you\nAt the end of the Internship period, you can expect to have a clear understanding of the below:\nHow an EMEA Trade Marketing team supports the sales organisation and wholesale partners through seasonal tools, retail activations and account-facing materials.\nHow brand stories, product priorities and commercial needs are translated into practical B2C assets for different markets and accounts.\nHow to coordinate cross-functional projects, manage feedback rounds, track timelines and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.\nHow premium outdoor brands such as Smartwool and icebreaker activate their positioning across wholesale, showroom and retail touchpoints.\nThe VF EMEA Internship Program is a 12-month journey designed to develop and empower emerging talents at the start of their careers.
