Serve as lead counsel on new matters, develop case strategy, and guide clients through every stage of the family law litigation process.\nRepresent clients at hearings, settlement conferences, depositions, mediations, and trials in Orange County and surrounding Southern California courts.\nProvide practical, strategic legal advice on divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, property division, domestic violence, and post-judgment matters. Help clients make informed decisions during some of the most important moments of their lives.\nNegotiate favorable settlements whenever possible while preparing every case as though it may proceed to trial. Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, discovery, and settlement agreements with precision and attention to detail.\nContribute ideas that improve the firm's systems, workflows, and client experience.
