databases.\n\n- Hands-on experience with SQL Server / Oracle / MySQL / PostgreSQL.\n\n- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.\n\n- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.\n\n- Provide remote support and guidance to customers.\n\n- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference.\n\nCustomer Relationship Management : \n\n- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.\n\n- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers on technical issues.\n\n- Manage customer expectations and ensure timely resolution of issues.\n\nKnowledge Base Management : \n\n- Contribute to and maintain internal and external knowledge base articles.\n\n- Stay updated on product releases, features, and best practices.\n\nTeamwork and Collaboration : \n\n- Collaborate effectively with other support engineers, engineers, and product managers.\n\n- Participate in team meetings and knowledge sharing sessions.\n\nQualifications and Other Requirements : \n\n- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n\n- Experience : 4+ years of experience in a technical support role or related field.\n\nSoft Skills : \n\n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.\n\n- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\n- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n\n- Strong customer service orientation and empathy.\n\n- Good time management and organizational skills.\n\nOther : \n\n-
