job postings, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and pipeline updates\nManage candidate communications with warmth, professionalism, and timely follow-through\nMaintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (Breezy.HR) with accurate candidate information and stage updates\nCoordinate interview logistics for initial and final interview panels\nAssist in preparing job descriptions, interview guides, and recruitment templates\nTrack recruitment metrics and provide weekly hiring updates to the Talent Team\nSupport onboarding coordination for newly hired teammates\nAssist with HR administrative tasks in BambooHR as needed\nBe a reliable point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process - making sure no one feels lost or forgotten\nWHO YOU ARE\n1-2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, administrative support, or a related field (Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome)\nGenuinely excited about people - you find energy in connecting with candidates and making their experience a great one\nExceptionally organized - you can manage multiple open roles and candidates at once without dropping the ball\nA clear, warm communicator - your emails and messages make people feel seen and respected\nComfortable working with tools like Google Workspace, ATS platforms, and HR systems (Breezy.HR and BambooHR experience is a plus)\nSelf-directed and proactive -
