Work on real projects that make an impact.\nJob Description :\nModel Development: Create and maintain intelligent, data-rich 3D models of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) systems using Autodesk Revit or any BIM software.\nCoordination & Clash Detection: Perform multidisciplinary clash detection in Navisworks or BIM 360/ACC to identify and resolve spatial conflicts before construction, reducing field rework.\nDocumentation: Generate precise 2D shop drawings and installation layouts/drawings derived directly from the BIM model.\nStandards Compliance: Ensure all models adhere to project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), LOD (Level of Development) requirements, and relevant engineering codes.\nCollaboration: Participate in regular coordination meetings with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers and contractors to align design goals and resolve technical conflicts\nData Management: Manage model data, including parametric families, schedules, and quantity take-offs for accurate cost estimation and procurement.\nCoordination with Lead BIM Engineer in day-to-day operation and report to respective Regional Lead.\nThis position can also be based at project site (if required)\nSecondary role will be as project engineer (if required).\nAt Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
