The role involves undertaking design calculations, preparing technical reports, managing project delivery requirements, and supporting client engagement and business development activities. The position also contributes to technical excellence, compliance with environmental and social standards, and continuous professional development while ensuring projects meet client expectations and organizational objectives\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree (Civil Engineering)\nProfessional Membership of Engineering Body \nMinimum 5 years’ experience in civil engineering (preferably in PNG or similar environment)\nMale or female\nGood communication in English Language\nJob Descriptions\nDeliver civil engineering outputs including reports, design calculations, and documentation.\nManage and coordinate project activities in line with client and company requirements.\nProvide technical outputs aligned with environmental, social, and quality standards.\nSupport business development initiatives including proposals and marketing activities.\nSupervise and guide drafting and technical support staff where required.\nMaintain strong client relationships and contribute to successful project delivery.\nHas the demonstrated ability to consistently:\nGood conceptual understanding of technical subjects\nBasics Knowledge Preparation of Bill of Quantities\nBasics knowledge on civil, structural and geotechnical design.\nUtilise good time management skills with the ability to plan workloads and meet deadlines;\nEffectively work across a variety of projects learning new skills and knowledge quickly and efficiently;\nAt Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
