The role helps ensure that procurement is transparent and complies with national and international standards. It provides technical guidance on contract law, dispute resolution and contract execution. It also tracks procurement progress and reports on milestones, risks and challenges. The post-holder works under the direction of the senior contract management staff and the Team Leader, helping the project deliver contracts on time, within budget and with minimal disputes.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMonitor compliance with contractual terms and conditions, including scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and other contractual obligations\nAssist in preparing and tracking contract amendments, variations, extensions of time (EOT), and other changes to contractual arrangements\nMaintain contract registers, correspondence, notices, and other relevant documentation, and prepare periodic reports on contract status and outstanding issues.\nCoordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to follow up on contractual matters, resolve documentation issues, and support the timely completion of contract-related activities.\nProvide technical guidance on contract laws, dispute resolution, and contract execution\nAbout You:\nGraduation in Civil Engineering or relevant subject\nCandidates with experience in construction law will be preferred\nMinimum 2 years total professional experience\n\nMinimum 1 year experience in similar type contract management, including experience in similar post for similar type of management\n\nWe value equity, diversity and inclusion and are committed to creating a work environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging and is empowered to do their best.
