He/she will assist Project Managers on the delivery of projects on time and to a high-quality standard in accordance with projects terms of reference (TOR). He/she also will expect to assist the Regional Lead and Operations Manager, as needed.\nKey Responsibilities\nOpportunity Phase\nAssist in opportunity assessment preparations, BMS compliance requirements forms and creating opportunity codes.\n\nUpdate the pursuit\n\nAny other relevant duties as assigned by Regional Lead and/or Operations Manager for Sea and Pacific\n\nProject Implementation Phase\nAssist Project Directors, and Project Managers on Project Compliance documentation to SEA and Pacific projects, as needed.\n\nCollaborate with appropriate team members, contributors and stakeholders to maintain quality, timeliness and co-ordination of project deliverables.\n\nSupport PMs and OM SEA and Pacific in the corporate and administrative aspects of regional management.\n\nMay assist in setting up new projects in this region in consultation with the Regional and Functional Manager. This may include, but not limited to, physical arrangement with respect to housing, accommodation, travel of staff, logistics, office equipment, etc.\n\nAssist in the preparation of all contracts with staff working in the SEA and Pacific regional projects.\n\nSupport other Project Managers in preparation of sub consultancy and joint-venture agreements as may be applicable with associates and JV partners\n\nCollaborate with appropriate team members, contributors and stakeholders to maintain quality, timeliness and co-ordination of project deliverables.\n\nAny other relevant duties as assigned by the Regional Lead and/or Operations Manager for Sea and Pacific\n\nKey Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience\nundefined\n\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.\n\nMinimum of five years of practical experience in general operations, project management and business development.\n\nExperience in Multinational Engineering industry is an advantage\n\nHigh level communication skills\n\nProficiency with MS Office\n\nAbility to write effectively in English to furnish reports and to prepare business development materials including proposals.\n\nProficiency with MS Office\n\nWillingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities\n\nAt Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
