Challenging boundaries, we look beyond the project scope to ensure we leave a positive impact in the communities we live and work in and allow present and future generations to thrive.\nResponsibilities:\nConduct daily inspection of Lower Inlet/Outlet Structure construction activities. \nVerify compliance of works with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements. \nInspect excavation, foundation preparation, concrete placement, reinforcement installation, embedded items, and structural works. \nWitness material testing, field testing, and quality control activities. \nIdentify and report construction defects, non-conformances, and deviations from approved requirements. \nMonitor contractor compliance with approved construction methods and procedures. \nParticipate in safety inspections and report unsafe conditions or practices. \nMaintain daily inspection reports, site diaries, and photographic records. \nCoordinate with Resident Engineer, QA/QC personnel, and contractor representatives on site matters. \nAssist in reviewing requests for inspection and work acceptance. \nVerify implementation of corrective actions arising from inspections and audits. \nAttend site meetings and provide updates on construction quality, safety, and progress. \nSupport progress monitoring and reporting activities. \nAssist during testing, commissioning, and handover of completed facilities. \nPerform other inspection and supervision duties assigned by the Resident Engineer or Team Leader. \nQualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering \nProfessional Engineer License/Registration \nConstruction Safety Training \nQuality Inspection or QA/QC Certification \nDam Engineering or Hydropower Training \nTraining in Concrete Structures Inspection \nFIDIC Awareness Training \nExperience in dam, hydropower, or pumped storage projects.
