You'll be recognised as a subject matter expert, guiding project teams, mentoring engineers and influencing technical outcomes while helping to grow and strengthen our pavements capability across New South Wales.\nThis is an opportunity to play a key role in client engagement, project leadership and business development while delivering innovative, technically excellent solutions that help shape the future of transport infrastructure.\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nLead pavement engineering design and technical delivery across major infrastructure projects\nAct as a technical authority for pavement design, rehabilitation and asset management solutions\nProvide strategic technical guidance to project teams and clients\nLead multidisciplinary project delivery and quality assurance activities\nDevelop and maintain strong client relationships across government and private sector markets\nSupport business development activities, proposals and pursuits\nMentor and develop engineers across the pavements and broader transport teams\nDrive innovation, technical excellence and best-practice engineering outcomes\nContribute to capability growth and strategic planning within the Roads & Highways business\nAbout You\nSuitable applicants will be/have:\nBachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent\n12+ years' experience in pavement engineering and transport infrastructure\nDemonstrated expertise in pavement design, rehabilitation and asset management\nExtensive knowledge of Austroads guides, TfNSW standards and Australian Standards\nChartered Engineer status (or eligibility to obtain)\nProven experience leading major infrastructure projects and multidisciplinary teams\nStrong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement capabilities\nExperience preparing and overseeing technical proposals and project bids\nExcellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills\nA recognised reputation for technical excellence within the transport infrastructure industry\nHow To Apply\nAll applications must be submitted online.
