The role ensures effective communication, consultation, and relationship management with government agencies, project-affected communities, clients, contractors, development partners, and other key stakeholders. The position promotes proactive stakeholder engagement, timely issue resolution, and positive project outcomes while maintaining compliance with project and organizational requirements\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and implement stakeholder engagement plans aligned with project requirements and stakeholder engagement strategies.\nManage stakeholder relationships, communications, consultations, and issue resolution throughout project delivery.\nSupport technical teams with stakeholder management activities, meetings, briefings, and communication requirements.\nFacilitate consultations, workshops, meetings, and public engagement sessions.\nMonitor stakeholder issues and ensure effective resolution and escalation where required.\nAbout You:\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and a nationally recognized professional qualification.\nMinimum 5 years of professional experience in relevant fields.\nWe value equity, diversity and inclusion and are committed to creating a work environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging and is empowered to do their best.
