This is fast-paced, hands-on work. You’ll be part of the team delivering race weekends that feel professional, high energy, and built for the next generation of drivers.
Requirements
Operations Management
Overseeing the day-to-day running of the circuit
Ensuring race sessions run smoothly and on schedule
Monitoring track conditions and facility standards
Health & Safety
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Managing incident reporting
Ensuring karts, barriers, and safety equipment are maintained
Team Leadership
Managing marshals
