Motorsport Sales Executive - Texas (Remote and In Person)

FAT Karting League is the world's leading electric karting series, delivering high-energy, competitive racing experiences. Following strong growth, we are expanding internationally in the US, including our Texas championship operated by Hub 4. Our goal is to launch 50 international championships over the next five years.

We are now hiring a Sales Executive to drive ticket sales, customer acquisition, and growth for our Texas Hub.

The Role

This is a hands-on sales role focused on revenue generation and customer acquisition for our Texas Hub. You will be responsible for selling event tickets, managing inbound and outbound leads, and supporting the continued growth of the Texas championship.

This role combines remote work with in-person activity supporting the Texas Hub. The successful candidate must be able to attend Texas Hub events and other in-person sales or customer activities in Texas as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive ticket sales for Texas Hub events through outbound and inbound sales activity

• Support sales and customer acquisition initiatives for the Texas Hub

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to increase repeat bookings and referrals

• Manage leads, pipelines, and reporting using HubSpot CRM

• Track performance against targets and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates

• Work closely with marketing and Hub operations to improve lead quality and sales efficiency

• Provide clear weekly reporting on pipeline, revenue, and forecasts

Requirements

Key Qualifications & Skills

• 1-2 years of sales experience with evidence of hitting or exceeding targets

• Strong communication and closing skills

• Comfortable managing a full sales cycle (lead → close)

• Experience using a CRM system (HubSpot preferred)

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

You are motivated by targets and enjoy a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You are comfortable picking up the phone, handling objections, and closing deals. You take ownership of your pipeline and are always looking for ways to improve your performance.

A passion for motorsport is a plus.

Compensation

We offer a competitive base salary plus commission structure designed to reward performance. Specific details will be agreed based on experience.
