Together, we tackle challenges, celebrate successes, and keep learning and growing.\nYour day-to-day\nDevelop high-quality, user-friendly full-stack web applications that enhance the user experience of SMG products.\n\nCollaborate with Product Management, Engineering Management, and Product Design to define scope, evaluate solutions, and deliver features.\n\nContribute to technical decision-making throughout the development lifecycle, from design and implementation to deployment.\n\nEnsure code quality and application reliability through coding standards, code reviews, and effective testing strategies.\n\nBuild reusable, well-tested modules and services while maintaining clean, reliable, and maintainable code.\n\nMaintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, application performance, monitoring, and overall system reliability.\n\nTroubleshoot technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and proactively prevent regressions.\n\nDeliver high-quality solutions within agreed timelines, meeting functional and non-functional requirements.\n\nTake ownership of team processes, propose improvements to code and tooling, and communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs proactively.\n\nShare engineering knowledge through documentation, demos, and code reviews, while supporting less-experienced team members.\n\nOur tech stack\nFrontend: Vue.js / React, with TypeScript as the language of choice.
