corrective actions to reduce recurring issues.\nProvide technical leadership during incident response, troubleshooting, and high-priority client escalations.\nReview, optimize, and refactor existing systems with a focus on performance, resiliency, and maintainability.\nParticipate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices and coding standards.\nMentor intermediate and junior developers through technical guidance, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.\nContribute to architectural discussions and help guide technical direction for engineering initiatives.\nPerform risk assessments to determine potential impact of bugs on production systems.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge-sharing materials.\nRequirements:\nDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n7+ years of professional software development experience.\nStrong experience with Java, Spring, SQL, Git, and distributed systems.\nProven experience troubleshooting and resolving issues in complex production environments.\nStrong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, scalability, and maintainability principles.\nExperience leading technical initiatives and driving projects from requirements through delivery.\nAbility to analyze ambiguous problems, assess risk, and make sound technical decisions independently.\nStrong experience with debugging, observability, logging, and monitoring tools.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.\nDemonstrated mentorship and technical leadership experience.\nExperience working in healthcare technology, HL7, or FHIR is considered an asset.\nExperience with integration frameworks such as Apache Camel is considered an
