The wealth of knowledge emanating from our work is immense, which is curated systematically for purposes ranging from raising funds to driving programmatic change. towards creating large scale impact.\nVisit our website to know more about us and our latest development: www.smilefoundationindia.org\nRole Purpose\nThe Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and implementation of the Integrated Community Development Project, ensuring timely delivery of activities, effective stakeholder coordination, adherence to quality standards, and achievement of project objectives across health and nutrition, education, WASH, livelihoods, governance, and community development components.\nKey Responsibilities\nProgramme Implementation and Coordination\n Lead the day-to-day implementation of project activities in accordance with approved plans and\ntimelines.\n Develop and monitor weekly, monthly and annual workplans, activity schedules, and deliverables.\n Ensure effective coordination across thematic areas and field teams to achieve project targets.\n Identify implementation bottlenecks and facilitate timely resolution.\nStakeholder and Government Engagement\n Coordinate with district and block-level government departments, community institutions, and\npartner organizations.\n Strengthening convergence with relevant government schemes and programmes.\n Facilitate meetings with Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs), VHSNCs, School Management\nCommittees, education department, frontline workers, and other stakeholders\n Support donor visits, employee engagement, review meetings, and other support required\nTeam Management\n Supervise and mentor, Health Educator, Cluster Coordinators, Community Mobilisers and\nCommunity Counsellors.\n Conduct regular field visits and review meetings to ensure quality implementation.\n Foster collaboration and capacity building among project staff.\nMonitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting\n Oversee project monitoring systems and ensure timely collection and validation of data.\n Review monthly progress reports, beneficiary databases, and MIS dashboards.\n Ensure timely submission of donor reports, case studies, success stories, and documentation.\n Support baseline assessments, periodic reviews, and impact evaluations.\n Submit project update weekly, monthly and quarterly.\nFinancial and Administrative Management\n Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and resource utilization.\n Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor guidelines, and statutory requirements.\n Coordinate procurement, logistics, and administrative support required for project implementation.\n Sharing of bills, vouchers and financial statements timely.\nQuality Assurance and Compliance\n Ensure adherence to programme quality standards and approved implementation protocols.\n Promote documentation of best practices and lessons learned.\n Support the Technical Project Lead in achieving project outcomes and ensuring donor satisfaction.\nQualifications and Experience\n Master’s degree in social work, Public Health, Rural Development, Development Studies, or a related field.\n 7-10 years of experience in managing community development, public health, or multi-sector\ndevelopment programmes.\n Demonstrated experience in team management, government liaison, and multi thematic donor funded projects.\n Strong planning, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\nCompetencies\n Communication: Communicates clearly and effectively through reports, presentations, and\nstakeholder interactions, ensuring information is accurate, concise, and tailored to donors and\nother Aligning performance for success: Focusing and guiding others in accomplishing work\nobjectives.\n Decision Making: Identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities;
