Ideally, you’ll bring:\nAt least 3 years’ experience as an autoglass technician, including repair, replacement, and ADAS recalibration - or equivalent experience in an operational or customer service role within the autoglass or similar trade-based industry.\n\nDemonstrated successful Leadership capability from a fast-paced environment with multiple direct reports\n\nTeam-building experience, with a focus on leveraging diverse skills and perspectives to achieve shared goals.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues into clear, actionable steps.\n\nA solid understanding of Safety, Health, and Wellbeing practices, with a track record of applying them effectively in line with company policies.\n\nExcellent communication skills, ensuring clarity, collaboration, and a shared understanding across your team and with customers.\n\nCommercial awareness, using your knowledge of the industry and market trends to help drive business success.\n\nPrepared to be hands on when required to serve customers and support your team.
