needed. \nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related business discipline.\nMinimum of 6 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally within multinational and fast-paced environments.\nProven experience as a Recruiting Specialist, Corporate Recruiter, or similar role, with strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn, social media, and job portals.\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to execute tasks efficiently with strong follow-through.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across Japan market.\nProficiency in spoken and written English and Japanese, knowledge in Korean is a plus.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications.\nWe are an Equal
