shipments coming inbound and going outbound move as quickly as possible and are delivered within their schedule\nResolve any issues associated with delays on any inbound or outbound shipments\nTo ensure all shipments are proactively expedited through customs and are imported in accordance with customs compliance\nIdentifying service failures in a timely manner and processed for credit approval according to the carrier guidelines\nWhen needed, move shipments as quickly as possible (next flight outs, hot shots, drop shipments, etc.)\nTo provide timely international and domestic quotes for any Smith & Associates or Consignment shipment at a minimum cost where service is not jeopardized\nTo proactively research missing freight and file claim if needed\nMay be on call throughout the
