This role is ideal for someone who is highly confident with computers, advanced in Excel, and excited about leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to streamline business processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nAI Workflow Development - Build and refine AI-powered tools and automations using ChatGPT, Claude, or other LLM platforms to improve sales team efficiency.\n\nAdvanced Excel Modeling - Create dashboards, reports, and data models using pivot tables, formulas, macros, and data visualization techniques.\n\nSales Data Support - Clean, organize, and analyze sales data to support forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking.\n\nProcess Optimization - Identify inefficiencies and propose AI- or Excel-based solutions to streamline workflows.\n\nCross-Team Collaboration - Partner with sales representatives and managers to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.\n\nTool & System Enhancement - Support improvements to CRM data quality, reporting templates, and internal documentation.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field\nStrong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, formulas, charts;
