and maintain high-performance, resilient Android applications using modern Kotlin standards.\nAgile Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, Backend) to define technical specs, break down stories, and deliver end-to-end features.\nArchitecture & Clean Code: Implement scalable UI components and business logic using Unidirectional Data Flow (MVI/MVVM) and Clean Architecture principles.\nQuality & Performance: Write robust unit and UI tests, analyze app performance, fix memory leaks, and optimize app startup time and frame rates.\nEngineering Standards: Actively participate in code reviews, enforce codebase consistency, and contribute to continuous integration (CI/CD) and automated release pipelines.\nAI-Enhanced Development: Leverage modern AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate development, improve test coverage, and streamline code maintenance.\nRequirements\n3-5 years of professional experience in Android app development.\nKotlin Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Kotlin language features, idioms, and functional programming concepts.\nModern UI Development: Strong hands-on experience building declarative user interfaces using Jetpack Compose and custom state management.\nAsynchronous Programming: Strong experience with Kotlin Coroutines and Flow for async workflows and reactive data streaming.\nArchitecture & Dependency Injection: Deep understanding of modern Android architecture patterns (MVVM/MVI, Clean Architecture) and DI frameworks like Hilt / Dagger.\nData Storage & Networking: Experience integrating RESTful APIs (Retrofit, Ktor) and building offline-first local data layers using Room / DataStore.\nAI-Driven Productivity: Experience leveraging AI developer tools (Copilot, Gemini Code Assist, Claude, etc.) to increase personal throughput and assist in refactoring/testing.\nGood English communication skills (written and spoken) for daily team interaction and documentation.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.\nPreferred/Nice to have\nRelease Management: Familiarity with Google Play Console publishing, Play Store policies, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Bitrise, GitHub Actions, Docker, or Bamboo).\nLegacy Interoperability: Experience migrating legacy XML layouts / View-based views to Jetpack Compose.\nBuild Systems & Modularization:
