Apply Now!\nYour Opportunity\nThe Hog Loader works with other loaders to sort out and drive finishing animals from pens to truck, with special concern for animal welfare and proper handling.\nCore Responsibilities\nSorts and loads animals in a productive, SAFE and efficient manner.\n\nUses herding board to move animals from pen to aisle.\n\nCounts animals onto truck.\n\nMaintains cleanliness of crew vehicles and equipment.\n\nRespects growers’ property and equipment.\n\nPresents good company image.\n\nResponsible for understanding and complying with company Environmental, Biosecurity and safety policies and procedures in the performance of their job duties.\n\nReads and understands the company’s emergency notification process and reviews that policy at their work site.\n\nComplies with Smithfield PPE policies.\n\nAssists in training other loading employees as required.\n\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
