Your ability to train others, resolve issues, and communicate effectively will make a meaningful impact on both daily operations and our commitment to delivering good food, responsibly.\nWhat You’ll Do\nInventory Control Leads will support the Inventory Control Manager by performing daily inventory activities and assisting with inventory accuracy throughout the facility. Leads will perform inventory adjustments, cycle counts, and batch/code corrections, while also responding to internal customer inquiries related to inventory issues.\nLeads will support the training and development of employees to understand inventory processes and systems.\nInventory Leads must be able to work their scheduled shifts and may be required to work overtime depending on business needs.\nPhysical Demands & Work Environment\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
