May perform other duties as assigned.\nSafety & Compliance - You’ll ensure full compliance with all safety legislation and approved codes of practice, creating a secure environment for your team and operations.\nWarehouse Operations - Monitor and manage all warehouse activities-from receiving and storing goods to shipping-making sure everything runs on time with minimal errors. You’ll guarantee that assembled goods are packed and labeled correctly, loading lists are accurate, and all paperwork is complete.\nTeam Leadership & Development - Lead and organize your workforce, identifying training needs through regular performance reviews. You’ll inspire your team to achieve peak performance while maintaining strong employee relations.\nPerformance & Productivity - Review and refine working practices to maximize efficiency and productivity. You’ll ensure all procedures align with company standards and drive continuous improvement across operations.\nReporting & Documentation - Compile and maintain essential records, reports, and logs to keep operations transparent and compliant. Your attention to detail ensures accuracy and accountability at every step.\nWHAT WE’RE SEEKING:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions.\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Supply Chain or a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.\nExperience acting as a lead by providing training, coaching or mentoring to less experienced staff or through managing a process or project.\nKnowledge of OSHA Standards, USDA, HACCP and EPA Regulations.\nManufacturing knowledge and understanding of yields, plant efficiencies, and operations procedures.\nKnowledge of SAP, Manufacturing software, Inventory software, Microsoft Office Suite\nHas the flexibility to work nights and weekends when needed to make a broader impact.\nMay be required to travel up to 5% of the time.\nOTHER SKILLS THAT MAKE YOU STAND OUT:\nAbility to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.\nAbility to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.\nBilingual a plus.\nGood Oral and written communication skills\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nProvides leadership and guidance to employees in the Warehouse.\nCarries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.\nResponsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and assisting in providing appropriate resolutions\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those an employee should possess to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Individual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, location of the position, the candidate’s qualifications and experience, internal equity, external market pay for comparable positions and budget considerations.
