This hands on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality, precision, safety, and working effectively as part of a team.\nWhat will you be doing?\nPerform decontamination, cleaning, assembly, packaging, and sterilization of process equipment, instruments, and materials used in daily manufacturing.\nOperate sterilization equipment and follow established SOPs while maintaining good documentation practices.\nRemove and appropriately dispose of biohazardous waste.\nMaintain appropriate inventories of process materials, packaging, and supplies within the production area.\nSupport manufacturing efficiency and compliance by identifying opportunities for improvement and participating in the 5S program.\nPerform housekeeping and general upkeep of the production area.\nParticipate in the Manufacturing Mentor Program and develop expertise in selected key areas.\nWhat will you need to be successful?\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nWorking knowledge of decontamination and sterilization processes.\nCRCST or CSPDT certification is preferred.\nStrong attention to detail, organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.\nAbility to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, and to work effectively with confidential information and changing priorities.\nAbility to stand for up to four hours at a time, remain in PPE in a biohazardous environment for up to eight hours, and repeatedly lift 30 pounds.\nYou. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
