As our IT Director, ERP Data & MDM, you will lead the strategy, governance, quality and transformation of data across a complex global ERP landscape. Based in India, this role offers the opportunity to work with senior business and technology leaders across a truly global organisation.\nWhat will you be doing?\nYou will lead the ERP Data and Master Data Management organisation, creating the strategy, controls, governance and capabilities needed to establish trusted, connected and business ready data across the enterprise. Working closely with business data owners, process owners and technology leaders, you will help drive Smith+Nephew's digital transformation journey.\nIn this role, you will own the ERP data strategy and roadmap, lead data workstreams across ERP implementations and transformations, establish governance frameworks and stewardship models, and ensure data quality, security and compliance. You will also partner with Analytics and AI teams to unlock the value of governed data and support better decision making across the business.\nWhat will you need to be successful?\nSuccess in this role comes from balancing strategic leadership with deep expertise in enterprise data management. You will be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders globally while building high performing teams and driving meaningful transformation.\n15+ years of experience in ERP, Enterprise Applications and Data Management environments.\nSignificant experience leading enterprise scale ERP transformation programmes and data initiatives.\nDeep expertise in Data Governance, Master Data Management, Data Quality and Data Architecture.\nProven success leading global teams and influencing senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.\nExperience supporting SAP modernisation, cloud transformation and enterprise data strategies.\nThe anticipated base compensation range for this position is PLN 285,500 - PLN 530,250 annually.\nThe actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job-related factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications, and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic location, and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender-neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws.
