As an IT Project Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering technology solutions that support our business strategy. Based in Kharadi, Pune. This is your opportunity to drive impactful change, lead cross functional teams and bring innovative infrastructure projects to life.\nThe IT Project Manager is responsible for managing complex IT programs, coordinating projects, and overseeing the implementation of technological solutions in alignment with the organization’s strategy. This position requires the ability to combine technical expertise mainly in Network Infrastructure area with team management and business communication skills.\nWhat will you be doing?\nManage complex IT projects encompassing multiple projects and teams.\n\nCreate schedules, budgets, and implementation plans, and monitor their execution.\n\nSupervise the project team, motivate, and develop team members’ competencies.\n\nIdentify risks and implement corrective actions.\n\nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders (business, IT, vendors).\n\nReport progress, prepare presentations, and project documentation.\n\nEnsure that all activities comply with the company’s strategy and industry standards.\n\nServe as the primary escalation point, resolving issues beyond the project team’s scope.\n\nChampion and communicate both project and team member successes to stakeholders and senior leadership.\n\nEnsure a high level of coordination and collaboration with assigned Functional IT Business Relationship Managers to support and deliver their portfolio of projects.\n\nLead and oversee the change management process across the program, ensuring effective adoption of new solutions and practices.\n\nOptimize resource allocation across projects and resolve conflicts to ensure efficient program delivery.\n\nProvide cost forecasting and variance analysis to ensure financial efficiency and delivery of expected business value.\n\nWhat will you need to be successful?\nHigher education in a technical or business field.\n\nMinimum 7 years of experience in managing IT complex projects or IT programs.\n\nStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Prince2, PMI). PMP certification a strong plus.\n\nAbility to manage budgets, schedules, and risks.\n\nExperience working in an international environment and leading cross-functional projects.\n\nAdvanced English language proficiency.\n\nAdvanced communication and presentation skills.\n\nProblem-solving, decision-making, and ability to work under time pressure\nYou.
