You will guide stakeholders through a complex and transformative journey, ensuring our finance landscape is not just rebuilt but reimagined for the future. You will work closely with Global Process Owners, Treasury, Enterprise Architecture and our System Integrator to shape a clean core, globally aligned finance design that connects seamlessly across Record to Report and the full value chain. Along the way, you will champion simplification, automation and control optimisation, and help maintain continuity between our live environment and the transformation programme.\nWhat will you need to be successful?\nSuccess in this role means becoming a trusted architectural authority who brings clarity, structure and vision to a large scale transformation. You will combine deep SAP finance expertise with an ability to influence at all levels and translate complexity into well governed, strategically aligned decisions.\nTo thrive in this position, you will bring:\nSignificant experience leading SAP finance architecture in S4HANA transformations and shaping global finance templates that simplify, future proof and elevate business operations\nA track record of designing end to end solutions that integrate finance with processes such as OTC, PTP, manufacturing and controlling\nStrong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills that help guide diverse teams, challenge legacy thinking and maintain design integrity\nThe ability to oversee complex systems design, guide delivery teams, and ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture, quality standards and business priorities\nThe anticipated gross annual base compensation range for this position is 251 000 -376 250 PLN.\nThe actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job related factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic location and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws.
