In this hands on manufacturing position, you will work with CNC and manual machining equipment, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help ensure products are manufactured to the highest quality and safety standards.\nWhat will you be doing?\nIndependently perform moderate machine setups and operate CNC and manual metal fabrication equipment including turning, milling, grinding, drilling, tapping, and EDM.\nManufacture medical device components from raw materials while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.\nOperate multiple machines simultaneously and utilize inspection equipment to verify product quality.\nTroubleshoot production and development issues and support process improvements.\nPartner with engineers and toolmakers on fixture design, tooling, process development, and part design activities.\nTrain and support less experienced operators while helping maintain an effective team environment.\nComplete required documentation and comply with company policies, quality requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.\nSupport workplace safety, preventive maintenance activities, and housekeeping standards.\nWhat will you need to be successful?\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required. Vocational education preferred.\n2 to 4 years of machining experience producing moderate complexity medical device components.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints and perform machine setups independently.\nEnglish reading and writing proficiency with strong basic math skills.\nCommitment to quality, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\nAbility to stand for extended periods and lift a minimum of 25 lbs.\nYou.
