The employee must work closely with other operators, materials, and receiving to ensure that components are available for production. Employee will work to build and package pre-sterile inventory (which will be used shipped to the sterilizer and also for demo inventory. Employee will ensure that compliance and quality will be present and used in all company processes.\nWhat will you be doing?\nPerform materials duties, including but not limited to:\nProduce all products in assigned area.\nMaintain a secure and organized area.\nEnsure that no materials, labels, and any other designated items leave assigned work area without proper paperwork.\nMaintain and operate production equipment safely and within guidelines.\nMaintain a clean and neat work area.\nComplete and understand documentation needed to comply with Smith and Nephew quality and compliance policies and procedures.\nWork in team environment using the skills of communicating, listening and participating in developing continuous improvement on products and processes.\nSafety, cleanliness of equipment and company product.\nWhat will you need to be successful?\nHigh School or equivalent\nExperience in a clean room setting with medical device is preferred.\nCapable of working independently and in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.\nAbility to stand and lift repeatable throughout the work day.\nAbility to use instruments or equipment safely.\nAble to work well with others.\nLocation: Holmes Rd\nShift: 3rd (9pm - 5:30 am) Monday - Friday\nYou.
