This role works to established takt time and quality expectations, performs minor product testing, accurately completes required documentation, and helps ensure products are assembled safely and according to established processes.\nIn this role, you will work independently and as part of a team across 1-3 product environments while identifying opportunities related to safety, quality, lean manufacturing, and process improvement.\nWhat will you be doing?\nPerform repetitive electromechanical production assembly processes using components such as PC boards, fabricated and machined metal parts, cable harnesses, and minor electronic or mechanical subassemblies.\nWork to established takt time and quality expectations.\nPerform minor product testing as required.\nAccurately and legibly complete device history documentation required for compliance.\nFollow established assembly processes, company policies, safety requirements, and employee relations practices.\nIdentify and communicate potential supplier defects or damage that may occur during the manufacturing process.\nMaintain established standards for the work area and tools, including 5S requirements.\nWork effectively within a team environment and communicate clearly with different levels of management.\nProvide feedback regarding lean opportunities, process improvements, possible quality concerns, and potential safety concerns.\nComplete special projects as assigned by management.\nWhat will you need to be successful?\nEducation\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nExperience\nPrevious experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.\nMedical device manufacturing experience is a plus.\nSkills\nBasic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.\nAbility to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.\nAbility to follow established manufacturing, quality, safety, and documentation procedures.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to identify potential product defects or quality concerns.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift and handle materials weighing up to 35 lbs.\nAbility to perform job duties while standing for an entire shift, depending on the assigned role.\nAbility to perform job duties while sitting for an entire shift, depending on the assigned role.\nYou.
