# Production Assembly Operator 1

The Assembly Operator 1 performs electromechanical production assembly activities within a manufacturing environment. This role works to established takt time and quality expectations, performs minor product testing, accurately completes required documentation, and helps ensure products are assembled safely and according to established processes. In this role, you will work independently and as part of a team across 1-3 product environments while identifying opportunities related to safety, quality, lean manufacturing, and process improvement. What will you be doing? Perform repetitive electromechanical production assembly processes using components such as PC boards, fabricated and machined metal parts, cable harnesses, and minor electronic or mechanical subassemblies. Work to established takt time and quality expectations. Perform minor product testing as required. Accurately and legibly complete device history documentation required for compliance.
