Working across a broad digital ecosystem, you will influence key strategic initiatives, partner with senior stakeholders around the world and help build the future of customer insights and analytics at Smith+Nephew.\nWhat will you be doing?\nAs Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping the organisation better understand customer behaviour across digital channels. You will analyse data from web, marketing, learning and event management platforms to uncover opportunities that improve customer journeys, engagement and commercial performance. Working closely with Digital, IT, CRM and Marketing teams, you will turn complex datasets into compelling business stories that drive action.\nYou will help shape the evolution of Customer 360 capabilities, support major digital initiatives and influence how data is managed, governed and used across the business. While delivering meaningful insights today, you will also help build the foundations for a more connected and data driven future.\nWhat will you need to be successful?\nSuccess in this role comes from being able to combine deep analytical expertise with commercial awareness, strong stakeholder engagement and a passion for improving customer experiences through data. You will be comfortable working in a complex global environment, influencing senior leaders and translating data into clear recommendations that drive business decisions.\nKey requirements include:\nFluent English with outstanding communication, presentation and storytelling skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across a global organisation.\n\nProven experience collaborating with diverse cross functional teams in an international environment, ideally within a global company operating across multiple business units.\n\nStrong digital marketing and marketing analytics experience, including customer journey analysis, campaign performance measurement, web analytics and CRM data insights.\n\nAdvanced analytical capability combined with a solid understanding of data, reporting and business intelligence tools, together with enough technical knowledge to effectively partner with Digital and IT teams on data quality, integration and Customer 360 initiatives.\n\nExperience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI or similar analytics tools, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.\n\nThe anticipated base compensation range for this position is 228,000 PLN - 342,000 PLN annually.\nThe actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job related factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications, and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic location, and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws. This role has been evaluated within our internal job architecture and mapped to a defined pay band to ensure consistency and fairness.\nYou.
