At Smith+Nephew, we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living.\nIdentity & Access Management (IAM) work responsible for how users within Smith & Nephew are given an identity - and how it is protected, including saving critical applications, data and systems from unauthorized access while handling the identities and access rights of people both inside and outside the organization. The Identity and Access Management unit responsible for provisioning support which includes ticket management, customer service, and knowledge of least privilege methodology with security rights, permissions and groups, experience with Active Directory. Due to the importance of this position, it is encouraged that a person supporting IAM has basic solve skills with networking and computer systems, can multitask, work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.\nWhat will you be doing?\nEngagement planning, directing, and designing and implementing IAM solutions\nAdvanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards.\nAssist leadership in crafting proposals, budgets, and work plans.\nLead day-to-day project activities for performing assessments, developing strategies and roadmaps, implementing IAM solution\nCommunicate (verbally and in writing) with all levels of the organization\nOn Call for IAM Incidents as needed.\nWhat will you need to be successful?\nEducation: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, IT Security or related subject preferred.\nLicenses/ Certifications: - Current CIAM, CIMP, CIST, CIPA, CIGE or equivalent certification preferred.\nSailPoint certification is an advantage\nExperience: At least 5 years of proven experience in IT information security/IAM.\n5+ years: installation, integration, and deployment of SailPoint, Microsoft, and/or CyberArk\n3+ years: Single Sign-On, Identity Federation, and Multi-Factor Authentication\n3+ years: Identity Governance and Administration, User Provisioning, Access Certification, Identity Analytics, Role-Based Access Control\n3+ years: Privileged Access Management\n3+ years: managing projects through full development lifecycle\nExperience with vulnerability management and risk assessment\nKnowledge of cyber security standard frameworks (ISO, NIST)\nExperience with cloud computing platforms and cloud security frameworks\nAbility to work independently without daily direction. Good communication & organizational skills, ability to multi-task, good attention to details, excellent problem solving, and follow-up skills required.\nYou.
