Our products are in 100 countries globally, and supporting this takes a huge effort.\nWhat will you be doing?\nWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to help shape and accelerate the growth of our Advanced Wound Management portfolio across Emerging Markets.\nWorking closely with the Marketing Director and regional and global teams, you will support the development and execution of portfolio strategies across Advanced Wound Devices, Biologics, Consumer Health and Core Wound Care.\nThis is a highly collaborative regional role for someone who combines strategic marketing expertise with strong commercial thinking and understands how to translate portfolio strategy into impactful execution across diverse healthcare markets.\nWhat will you need to be successful?\nSupport the development and execution of portfolio growth strategies aligned with our Emerging Markets Advanced Wound Management vision.\nContribute to annual strategic planning, portfolio prioritisation and investment recommendations.\nIdentify opportunities to accelerate growth, strengthen profitability and expand market penetration.\nSupport commercialisation strategies for Advanced Wound Device platforms, including PICO™, RENASYS™ and Versajet™, as well as future innovations.\nDrive market development and product adoption across surgical and chronic wound segments.\nSupport regional growth strategies for Biologics and advanced wound healing therapies, including scientific positioning and evidence-based marketing.\nExecute Consumer Health marketing plans across pharmacy, retail, e-commerce and omnichannel environments.\nSupport lifecycle management, pricing optimisation and demand generation across the core wound care portfolio.\nContribute to regional go-to-market strategies and launch readiness for new product introductions.\nEngage with key opinion leaders, scientific societies and healthcare institutions to support customer engagement and standards of care.\nPartner with distributors to strengthen marketing capabilities and execute regional strategies at country level.\nSupport portfolio forecasting, business reviews and the tracking of revenue, profitability and marketing investment effectiveness.\nCollaborate closely with commercial, global franchise, medical education, market access, finance and supply chain teams.\nSuccessful candidates would need the following:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering or a related discipline.\nMBA would be advantageous.\n5-7 years’ progressive healthcare marketing experience.\nExperience within Medical Devices, Advanced Wound Care, Biologics and/or Consumer Health is preferred.\nDemonstrated experience in regional marketing, portfolio management and new product launches.\nExperience working within distributor-led markets.\nExposure to Emerging Markets and an understanding of diverse healthcare systems and commercial channels.\nStrong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into effective market execution.\nExcellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nYou.
