We design and Manufacture technology that takes the limits off living.\nThe Senior Process Associate will be responsible for the delivery of effective and efficient finance transactional processes and controls from a GBS centre as described in the S&N Finance Accounts Payable (AP) taxonomy and in line with the Group Finance Manual, Minimum Acceptable Practices (MAPs) and Sarbanes Oxley requirements.\nWhat will you be doing?\nPrepares proposals for payment runs, wire transfers, and EFT/ACH transactions to ensure accurate and timely supplier payments, remittances and bank clearing.\nUnderstand policies and adapt. Ability to converse with stakeholders in Various countries across the globe.\nAssists with month end close data preparation including calculation of accurate accruals where required to ensure all deadlines are achieved.\nContributes to the improvement of the end-to-end process including:\nMaximizing on time payment, DPO, booking and payment accuracy\nMinimize duplicate and overpayments, minimize un-utilized credits, reliance on local finance and business teams.\nDrives process standardization and flags exceptions for review and approval.\nProactively identifies areas of opportunity to streamline processes and improve customer service.\nAP Subledger reconciliation, aged item analysis, action plans, SOP creation / Update etc.\nWhat will you need to be Successful?\nEducation: B.Com / M.Com / MBA.\nMinimum 4 to 5 Years of AP full cycle AP processing, basic accounting principles.\nStrong attention to detail focusing on quality and accuracy along with having an analytical mind set.\nAbility to prioritize while working in a fast-paced environment with commitment to deliverables.\nTeam player with ability to build relationships and influence team members and wider stakeholders with proven problem-solving skills.\nExcellent English communications skills written and verbal.\nSelf-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.\nAble to work month end schedules and different shifts.\nSAP, Microsoft AX and Ariba experience preferred.\nContinuous improvement experience / Lean methodologies experience preferred.\nProficiency in MS office suite.\nFlexible in any shift timing which is defined in S+N\n\nYou.
