Document and present technical solutions.\nProvide mentoring to colleagues in the organization.\nCollaborations in the team is fast-paced and requires strong collaboration along with multi-functional and cross geographical teams.\nWhat will you need to be successful?\nEducation: Bachelor´s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related subject preferred.\nCertifications: ServiceNow CSA, Implementation certifications (minimum ITSM) Minimum ITLT Foundation.\nExperience: 9+ years of experience as a ServiceNow solution architect 5+ years of experience architecting and delivering complex solutions across all workflows, on the ServiceNow Platform.\n This role will be based in Pune and will be 3 days working from office in Hybrid mode. Shift Timing (12:30 PM - 9:30 PM IST) Monday to Friday.\n5+ years of detailed subject matter expertise within multiple areas of specialization.\nKnowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HRSD, SPM, GRC.\nFluency in third party integrations using Integration hub, rest APIs, JDBC, and file-based parsers.\nStrong technical knowledge of ServiceNow, fluency in JavaScript, HTML, and libraries/frameworks such as AngularJS and Bootstrap.\nAbility to quickly understand new technology through instruction and self-training.\nStrong people development skills, including coaching and mentoring for technical roles.\nExcellent written and oral communication skills, service mindset, and analytical approach to problem solving.\nAbility to work independently without daily direction, balancing conflicting priorities, and effectively tracking and managing task completion to committed deadlines.\nYou.
