This is an exciting opportunity to partner with cross functional teams and suppliers worldwide, driving quality excellence, continuous improvement, and patient focused outcomes while supporting a global quality strategy.\nWhat will you be doing?\nSupport the execution of the global supplier quality strategy and achievement of annual performance goals.\nManage supplier related nonconformances through SmartSolve and SAP Quality Notifications (QNs).\nApply knowledge of calibration, CMM equipment, and measurement systems (Gauging) to support supplier quality activities.\nLead and support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), supplier investigations, field actions, and complaint activities.\nCollaborate closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, Operations, and supplier partners to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.\nMaintain compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards applicable to medical devices.\nSupport Supplier Change Notification (SCN) activities and supplier qualification processes.\nReview, update, and maintain Supplier Quality Agreements (SQAs) and Supplier Quality Contracts (SQCs) where applicable.\nParticipate in external audits including MDSAP, FDA, and other regulatory or certification audits.\nUtilize problem solving methodologies such as Lean A3, Six Sigma, and 8D to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.\nSupport business initiatives, quality projects, reporting activities, and continuous improvement efforts across the organization.\nApply knowledge of calibration, CMM equipment, and measurement systems to support supplier quality activities.\nDevelop project plans, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders as needed.\nWhat will you need to be successful?\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Associates degree in engineering and 5 years of work experience in supplier quality engineering.\nApproximately 3+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related medical device or regulated manufacturing environment.\nWorking knowledge of ISO 13485; ISO 19011 knowledge preferred.\nExperience managing nonconformances, CAPAs, supplier quality investigations, and quality system processes.\nKnowledge of calibration processes, CMM equipment, gaging systems, and quality measurement techniques.\nProficiency with SAP, Windchill, Power BI, Minitab, Microsoft Office applications, MS Project, and Visio.\nStrong communication, project management, and relationship building skills with the ability to work independently and across global cross functional teams.\nExperience using structured problem solving tools including Lean A3, Six Sigma, and 8D methodologies.\nYou.
