discounts across the Smiths Group, including 50% off skip hire\n\nThe Role\nAs an Asbestos Removal Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring compliance with current legislation, supervising operatives, and maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervising and supporting asbestos removal operatives on site\n\nManaging site documentation and records\n\nSetting up and maintaining site operations\n\nEnsuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and within deadlines\n\nMaintaining excellent housekeeping standards\n\nLiaising with clients, site management, contractors, and HSE inspectors\n\nReporting progress and site issues to the Asbestos Manager\n\nOrdering and managing plant, equipment, and materials\n\nEnsuring full compliance with CAR 2012 and Health & Safety legislation\n\nHands-On Site Duties\nPositioning and setting up decontamination units\n\nInstalling NPUs, generators, and other site equipment\n\nBuilding airlocks and baglocks\n\nMaintaining enclosure integrity and sheeting\n\nSetting up transit routes and warning signage\n\nConducting smoke testing\n\nMaintaining negative pressure systems\n\nCarrying out asbestos removal works\n\nPreparing sites for 4-stage clearance\n\nSecuring, sealing, and managing asbestos waste\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nEssential Requirements\nMinimum 1 year's experience as an Asbestos Supervisor\n\nMinimum 2 years' asbestos removal experience\n\nValid CSCS card\n\nFull UK driving licence\n\nStrong knowledge of CAR 2012 and
