Through interpretation of customer requirements, develops, plans, and implements design solutions via engineering analysis, product capability, manufacturing knowledge, and engineering processes. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and with reasonable accommodation when necessary.\n Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include: Other duties may be assigned.\nCollaboratively works with internal teams in pursuit of new business opportunities. Across all value streams, knowledgeable in product application and configuration, design solutions, tooling, and cost estimates.\nExecute technical tasks associated with the engineering release process including but not limited to, requirements management, product configuration, test protocol, technical documentation, and contract review deliverables.\nInteracts with internal and external customers agents to address and resolve part configuration, change management, and change implementation throughout the entire product life cycle.\nReviews and checks engineering calculations, design models, drawings, and design documents for technical content, errors, notes, accuracy, functionality, and completion.\nSupports continuous improvement initiatives and completion of implementation activities.\nMay represent the company on industry committees and accompanying duties. \nMust be coachable, goal orientated, self-starter, and excel independently or in a collaborative environment.\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.\nThe employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. \nSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.\nConsistently, regularly and predictably at work and on time\nOther duties may be assigned as needed\n Education and/or Experience\nBachelor's degree (B.
