The successful candidate will work from written work instructions, engineering drawings, and schematics to ensure products are assembled to the highest quality standards while supporting continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform assembly, testing, and rework of sub-assemblies and final products in accordance with work instructions, engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics.\nUse hand tools, electronic test equipment, and production tooling safely and effectively to complete manufacturing tasks.\nAccurately complete manufacturing, inspection, and test documentation as required.\nFollow established manufacturing processes, procedures, quality standards, and company policies.\nIdentify, troubleshoot, and escalate product or process issues where appropriate.\nSupport and participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including Kaizen events, Cycle Counting, and 5S activities.\nEnsure products meet quality, safety, and performance requirements before release.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nComply with all company health, safety, environmental, export control, and security requirements.\nCollaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and operational targets.\nPerform other duties as assigned to support business and operational requirements.\n Education\nDiploma, High School \"O\" Level, or equivalent qualification.\nExperience\nExperience in an engineering, electronics, manufacturing, or related environment is advantageous but not essential.\nFresh graduates and candidates without prior experience are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.\nSkills & Knowledge\nStrong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.\nComfortable working with small hand tools, assembly equipment, and electronic test instruments.\nAbility to read and follow written work instructions, drawings, and schematics.\nGood attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nBasic computer literacy and ability to complete production records accurately.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nStrong willingness to learn and continuously improve technical skills.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nA motivated individual with a hands-on approach and strong problem-solving abilities.\nDetail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.\nTeam player who thrives in a collaborative manufacturing environment.\nStrong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.\nReporting Structure\nNo direct reports.\n We offer…\nJoin us and we’ll help build your career, with excellent training and opportunities for career growth across the business, both locally and globally.
