The current portfolio extends to 180+ leasehold and freehold properties in more than 40 countries. We have a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice Chartered Surveyor to join our team. This is a 3-year programme where you will complete your learning journey with The University of the Built Environment. You will work towards a MSc degree in Real Estate Management and gain your RICS chartered membership alongside your role at John Crane.\nOur Chartered Surveyor Apprentice will support our Property Manager with:\nLiaising with Smiths Global Real Estate Partner\nReviewing, negotiating leases and contracts\nSupporting the acquisition and disposal of sites worldwide, overseas travel will be required\nWorking with internal and external legal counsel\nLiaising with external brokers and specialist consultants\nCollating information for regular progress calls\nOversight of major fit-out and premises Capex projects\nProviding support and advice to individual site leaders on property related issues\nDay to day property related tasks\nUpkeep of records and data\nOther administrative tasks\nWhat We Offer\nEducation: You will be enrolled onto the Chartered Surveyor MSc Apprenticeship which will be delivered online by our training partner UBE.
