This position is responsible for processing metal assemblies and manufactured components through a series of chemical cleaning and clean room operations using water, solvents, and alkaline solutions. The role ensures parts meet strict aerospace cleanliness standards by performing timed chemical baths, drying processes, and inspections while following all safety and quality procedures. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and with reasonable accommodation when necessary.\n Hazardous Waste handling, coordinating, and shipments\nPerforms a variety of chemical processing tests on bathes\nChem Clean and Clean Room maintenance & scheduling\nParticipates in Research & Development Testing\nCompletes inspections of assemblies and components to ensure quality of standards are met \nRequests quotes, purchases chemicals and supplies\nMixes Tanks\nTrain/Cross Train new Chem Clean & Clean Room Operators\nRecords and maintains documentation of test results and data into computer & logs.\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.\nThe employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. \nSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.\nConsistently, regularly, and predictably at work and on time.\nOther duties as assigned\n Education, Certifications, Licenses, & Registrations\nAssociate degree (A.
