In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with programmers and engineers to set up production runs and assist with program development. Join us and play a key role in our journey toward innovation and excellence.\n Responsibilities\nUnderstand blueprints, job plans and operation instructions to assure parts are manufactured to specs.\nProficient in understanding G-Code\nAble to inspect a workpiece using micrometer, calipers, height gauge, optical comparator and gauges.\nSet up machines using verbal/written instructions provided by programmer/engineer to produce a part for First Article Inspection. When part passes FAI you will turn the production over to an operator after instructing them on the production of the part..\nTroubleshoot problems during the standard production machining process\nTrain machine operators to run production jobs after part passes FAI.\nKnow how to operate Haas Milling Centers and or Lathes is a plus.\nExperience using CNC probing systems is a plus.\nKnowledge of 5 Axis CNC machines is a plus.\nAble to perform all types of deburring as needed\n 3-5 Years of experience in similar roles.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced production environment \nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions \n Ability to communicate effectively with team members \nAbility to operate machine equipment according to job instructions \nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form\n All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nWe believe that different perspectives and backgrounds are what make a company flourish.
