If you’re ready to accelerate the new energy transition through technology leadership,innovative solutions and service excellence, you'll fit right in.\n Pre-Order Phase\nEnsure selection, sizing, and on-time delivery of competitive techno-commercial project proposals against Request for Quotations for Mechanical Sealing Solutions (Seals and Seal Support systems)\nReview, Interpret and Establish project specific requirements in collaboration with Global Stakeholders, from tender documents including but not limited to:\nInstructions to Bidders, Equipment Datasheets, Material Requisition, P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Drawings), instrument Hook Up, Logical diagrams, key delivery dates, applicable INCOTERMS, and other contractual terms & conditions\nManage Techno-Commercial clarifications, Exceptions and Deviations\nCo-ordinate with Project Application and Global Engineering teams to obtain sign off for non-standard or special applications as necessary\nManage techno-commercial scope for Seal Support systems (Auxiliary Systems) internally through Fluid Control teams\nProvide investment case analysis and margin summary to Global Project Sales Managers from time to time\nConduct and Participate in Customer review meetings (EPC, OEM etc), including project kick-off meeting\nSupporting team / group continuous improvement initiatives\nGuiding new engineers and act as onboarding ‘buddy’\nPost order Phase\nContract review and Order acknowledgement against purchase orders \nRelease clear techno-commercial order handover to Engineering and Global operations\nEnsure efficient support on techno-commercial queries or conflicts arising through Project Delivery office during execution phase, where necessary\nProfessional and specialist skills\nBE (Bachelor of Engineering) in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial Production)\nWorking knowledge of product selection, sizing and Engineering of mechanical seal and Seal support systems or related products\nHands on experience in maintaining rotating equipment or their auxiliary system will be added advantage\nWorking knowledge in review and interpretation of project specification from OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers), EPC and End user will be added advantage\nWorking Knowledge of API (American Petroleum Institute) 682 & API 610 is advantageous\nMust be a quick learner with good technical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nTeam player with excellent Collaboration & Influencing skills\nAbility to manage Time under conflicting priorities\nCustomer service and results oriented\nGood functional experience and skills with MS Office tools like Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.\nDesirable Experience\nTypical Industrial background 3 to 5 years of experience in various Process industries including Oil and Gas, Chemical, Petroleum, Petrochemical industries etc., or in industries supplying equipment like Pumps, Compressors, Seals or associated auxiliary equipment's to such process industries\nTypical Functional Experience in Selection, sizing, Bidding of Engineered to order products such as Mechanical Seals, Seal Support Systems or similar\nGood hands-on experience in design, installation, or maintenance of products like Mechanical seals or Seal support systems will be an added advantage.\nWorking experience in International environment and knowledge of foreign cultures will be advantageous\n Key Accountabilities\nDelivering competitive Project specific techno-commercial bids\nProvide investment case analysis and margin summary to Project Sales Managers\nClear contract review and Order acknowledgement against purchase orders \nKey Projects\nMaintaining and monitoring KPI\nOn Time to Promise\nOn Time to Request\nWe believe that different perspectives and backgrounds are what make a company flourish.
