If you’re ready to accelerate the new energy transition through technology leadership,innovative solutions and service excellence, you'll fit right in.\n Key Activities:\nThe Graduate Apprentice Trainee (GAT) will support the Central Sales Team in managing the end-to-end commercial process, including pre-order activities such as quotation management, business case preparation, investment evaluations, and opportunity tracking, as well as post-order activities covering order entry, execution, delivery coordination, invoicing support, and customer communication throughout the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle.\nSupport preparation of quotations, techno-commercial offers, and business case approvals. Assist in order processing, order execution tracking, and SAP transactions.\nCoordinate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.\nProvide customer support on order status, documentation, and delivery updates.\nGenerate sales reports, order backlog reports, forecasts, and business performance dashboards.\nMaintain accurate customer, quotation, and order records in SAP and other business systems.\nSupport process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.\nDevelop product, commercial, and sales operations knowledge through cross-functional collaboration and training.\nKey Accountabilities:\nPre-Order Commercial Support\nOrder Management & Execution\nCustomer Communication\nSAP & Data Management\nCoordination & Support\nReporting & Analytics\nSupport preparation and submission of customer quotations in preparing business cases and investment justifications.\nProcess customer purchase orders in C4C & SAP accurately and timely. Monitor Daily Open Order status from Credit Blocks & Other Blocks.\nCreate and maintain customer and order-related records in SAP.\n Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production or related disciplines).\nBasic knowledge of Engg Drawing & Machining Process.\nMicrosoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.\nGood analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work in a cross-functional environment.\nCustomer-focused mindset with attention to detail.\n We believe that different perspectives and backgrounds are what make a company flourish.
