This position is responsible for maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding efforts, administering HR processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.\nResponsibilities:\nEnsures compliance with federal, Illinois state, and local employment laws and regulations. \nConduct Investigations and provide recommendations on employee relations issues. \nSupport full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles. \nActively participate in business meetings, and assist with the resolution of business challenges.\nSupports audits, reporting, and recordkeeping (e.g., OSHA logs, EEO reporting, I-9 compliance).\nMaintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems.\nSupport workforce development initiatives and succession planning.\nFacilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.\nEnsure HR data integrity, and perform random audits for compliance.\nDirect and administer disciplinary actions and disciplinary meetings for plant location.\nCoordinate and monitor performance management program for timeliness and accuracy.\nAssist in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.\nMinimum 3-5 years’ experience in human resources.\nWell-developed interpersonal, communication, clerical and organizational skills.\nHighly organized, with ability to manage competing priorities.\nAbility to compose letters, memos, and other correspondence.\nExcellent computer skills with various PC-based software packages.\nMust be lilingual in Spanish and English\n Benefits\n401(k)\nMedical, Dental & Vision insurance\nEmployee assistance program (EAP)\nFlexible spending account (FSA)\nHealth savings account (HSA)\nPaid time off\nParental Leave\nTuition Reimbursement\nWe believe that different perspectives and backgrounds are what make a company flourish.
