You will help ensure that our products meet customer requirements and applicable quality standards, while gaining practical experience in quality planning, technical documentation, problem-solving, and customer communication.\nThis is an opportunity to develop your skills in a technically demanding environment, working with industrial products and quality requirements relevant to sectors such as oil and gas, energy, and pressure equipment.\nWhat You Will Do\nReview customer specifications, technical requirements, and project documentation to identify applicable quality requirements.\n\nPrepare and maintain quality documentation, including Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Quality Control Plans (QCPs).\n\nSupport the investigation and resolution of internal and customer quality issues, including non-conformances and customer complaints.\n\nWork with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain colleagues to identify root causes and follow up on corrective actions.\n\nRespond to customer questions related to quality and help coordinate the information and documentation they need.\n\nSupport the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001.\n\nHelp prepare documentation for customer audits, external inspections, and product certifications.\n\nContribute to maintaining compliance with relevant standards and requirements, including PED, ASME, and ISO 3834.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nA bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.\n\nApproximately 1-5 years of experience in quality, quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing engineering, or a similar technical role. We are open to junior candidates who are ready to develop their expertise.\n\nExperience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.\n\nExperience in industries such as oil and gas, energy, pressure equipment, filtration, heavy fabrication, or welded products is highly relevant.\n\nAn understanding of technical drawings, manufacturing processes, and quality documentation.\n\nBasic knowledge of quality management principles and standards, particularly ISO 9001.\n\nFluent Italian and English, both written and spoken, as English is used extensively in daily work.
