Do you enjoy transforming ideas into compelling campaigns and engaging content while working with teams across different countries and cultures?\nJoin our global Marketing Communications team and play a key role in shaping how we engage customers, partners, and employees across the APAC and Greater India region.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for an early-career marketing professional who wants hands-on exposure to content marketing, branding, digital campaigns, internal communications, and regional events within a dynamic B2B environment.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nAs a Marketing Communications Coordinator, you'll support the development and execution of regional marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, engage customers, and support business growth.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nContent Creation & Campaign Execution\nCreate and localize engaging marketing content including newsletters, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, white papers, social media content, and promotional materials.\nEnsure all communications align with global brand standards and messaging.\nEvents & Tradeshow Management\nSupport the end-to-end planning and execution of regional trade shows, customer events, webinars, and conferences.\nCoordinate logistics, vendor communications, promotional activities, attendee engagement, and post-event reporting.\nInternal Communications\nManage and maintain APAC and Greater India internal communication platforms.\nDeliver impactful content that keeps employees informed, connected, and engaged.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with Sales, Product Management, Global Marketing, and regional stakeholders to develop communication strategies and support go-to-market initiatives.\nCampaign Analytics & Market Insights\nMonitor marketing performance metrics and event ROI.\nGather market intelligence, industry trends, and competitive insights to support strategic decision-making.\nProject Coordination\nManage multiple projects simultaneously using project management tools.\nCoordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery.\n What We're Looking For\nBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, International Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.\n1-2 years of marketing, communications, or campaign management experience.\nExperience within B2B, technology, industrial, engineering, security, or related industries is highly preferred.\nKey Skills\nExceptional English writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.\nExperience with Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.\nStrong organizational and project management skills.\nAbility to convert technical concepts into compelling customer-focused messaging.\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.\nConfident working with stakeholders across different functions and cultures.\nExperience with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing platforms such as HubSpot.\nNice to Have\nFamiliarity with marketing automation, analytics platforms, and AI-powered content tools.\nAdditional APAC language capabilities.\nExperience supporting digital marketing campaigns, social media, email marketing, or events.\n Join us and we’ll help build your career, with excellent training and opportunities for career growth across the business, both locally and globally.
