This role is responsible for coordinating product marketing activities, developing and supporting go-to-market strategies, managing digital and print marketing content, supporting trade shows and customer events, and driving lead generation and brand awareness initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, commercially minded, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nThe Marketing Manager works closely with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, Customer Service, and Business Leadership to help identify market opportunities, position products effectively, and execute marketing strategies that support revenue growth and market expansion.\nGo-to-Market Strategy & Market Development\nSupport the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches, product line extensions, and strategic growth initiatives.\nPartner with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Business Leadership to identify target markets, customer segments, value propositions, and channel strategies.\nAssist in evaluating market opportunities, customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning to support business growth objectives.\nDevelop product messaging and marketing campaigns that clearly communicate product differentiation and customer value.\nCoordinate cross-functional activities necessary for successful product launches and commercialization efforts.\nTrack and measure go-to-market effectiveness and recommend improvements to increase market penetration and customer engagement.\nSupport the development and maintenance of strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals and growth objectives.\nMarketing Communications\nCoordinate development and distribution of marketing materials including brochures, catalogs, datasheets, presentations, videos, email campaigns, and digital content.\nEnsure collateral remains accurate and aligned with branding standards.\nDevelop technical and customer-focused content.\nAssist in managing websites and digital platforms.\nProduct Marketing Support\nCollaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service teams.\nMaintain product information, specifications, images, and marketing assets.\nCoordinate updates to technical documentation and literature.\nConduct market research and competitive analysis.\nTrade Shows & Events\nCoordinate logistics for trade shows, conferences, customer events, and distributor meetings.\nManage vendors, timelines, promotional materials, and budgets.\nSupport pre-event marketing and post-event follow-up.\nDigital Marketing & Demand Generation\nSupport email marketing, social media, content marketing, and lead generation initiatives.\nMonitor website analytics and campaign performance.\nGenerate reports and improvement recommendations.\nSales Enablement\nDevelop customer-facing content and sales tools.\nSupport distributor marketing programs.\nMaintain marketing resource libraries.\nAdministrative & Project Coordination\nManage multiple projects and deadlines.\nCoordinate with agencies, designers, printers, and vendors.\nAssist with budgets, purchase orders, reporting, and metrics.\n Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.\n3-5 years of marketing, product marketing, communications, or project coordination experience.\nExperience in manufacturing, industrial products, engineered products, fluid handling, or B2B marketing preferred.\nStrong understanding of marketing principles, product positioning, and go-to-market planning.\nExcellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.\n All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nWe believe that different perspectives and backgrounds are what make a company flourish.
